Turn a 55-gallon drum or similar vessel (100–300L) into a functioning batch culture photobioreactor with this simple, durable, and customizable submersible light system. Designed for batch culture applications, this system supplies dimmable light, air, and on/off timing using industrial controllers.

Designed for Batch Cultures:

• Intended for straightforward batch growth cycles

• No built-in media dosing or nutrient feedback systems

• Light and air only; culture is manually harvested and restarted

Specifications:

• Customizable Light Length: 50–100 cm drop-in light body

• Airlift Pump Integration: Circulates culture via internal airlift through the center of the light

• Top/Bottom PVC Ends: Clear, compatible with standard fittings

• Lighting Specs: 24V DC, ~200W white LED array (custom color spectra available)

• Adjustable Output: Dimmer included for light intensity control

• Electrical Enclosure: NEMA-12R minimum
